Phila Madlingozi will be making his much-anticipated debut on, Rhythm City. The award-winning actor and musician will play a gay character to shake things up on the show.

Rhythm City has shared a sneak peek of his debut, and one can tell, that the young man is going to create havoc. On the clip, he is flirting with Mampho and it is clear he is some kind of player, who will ruffle some feathers.

In 2018 he walked away with a golden horn at the annual South African Film and TV Drama Awards for the Best Achievement in Original music /Score on TV drama series for Isikizi Season 2.

Beginning of 20202, Phila scored himself a role, on the popular Mzansi Magic telenovela, The Queen. He played, Buntu Toto, a certified troublemaker and Schumacher’s brother.
