She is one of the talented veteran actresses that many have bee dying to see back on screen.

Nambitha Mpumlwana is known as Mawande Memela, the iconic role she played in SABC 1’s soapie, Generations.

The award-winning actress and TV presenter have bagged her role in an upcoming drama series, The Kingdom.

Nambitha has been cast to play, Josephine, an angel who lives in a rural African town called The Kingdom.

The drama miniseries revolves around bible parables and stories about faith, hope, love and the work of realizing the best version of ourselves.
