The world is rapidly moving to the digital space where masses use the digital space to consume news, work,entertainment and for social purposes.

Divatainment has joined forces with the Creative Expo to stage the Inaugural Online Broadcasting Workshops that will be a Hybrid of events hosted on two platforms that will stage weekly Webinar Masterclasses from the 06th of May 2021 and host the main event from the 1st to 5th June  2021, at the State theatre in Pretoria, during the Creative Expo.

Online Broadcasting Workshops will focus on developing skills of the youth who have a desire to monetize their digital platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Blogs and YouTube.

This initiative is to respond to the covid-19 pandemic that has wreaked havoc in the creative sector and has introduced new normality of digitizing and working in the fourth industrial revolution.

On the 06th of May 2021, the first webinar masterclass will take place online with Industry professionals such as Thick Leeyonce, No Chill god, L-tido, Robot boii, Kheamo M, Keamogetswe Molefe, Yolanda Jwaai and Heinrich Schulz(Toms Music). The sessions will be facilitated by Rorisang Thandekiso and Bujy Bikwa.

Each week will host a diverse of online powerhouses that will be imparting their knowledge about the industry, leading to the main event from the 1st of June to the 5th of June 2021 at the State Theatre in Pretoria.

The masterclasses will include a school tour to Grade 11 & 12 learners from the following Gauteng areas, Cosmo City and Diepsloot.

The ultimate workshop will be at the Creative Expo taking place at State Theatre from the 1st to 5th of June 2021, where we will have exciting performances from industry Professionals and many more.

This initiative will empower the next generation living online, by developing their skills on how to make money by simply turning on their camera and helping our generation reach its full potential digitally during these hard times of COVID-19.
